I've avoided packing because, well, I have no idea what to bring! I've tried to find some good guides online but never found one that was very helpful or detailed so here is my go at it! Hopefully this can helps someone who is hopelessly lost like I was a couple of weeks ago. When I get back at the end of May I hope to do a follow up post and see what I did right and what I should have done.

ALL the toiletries you can think of
Some notes on what I'm packing and why!
- I'm bringing all of the toiletries I'm going to need because they don't take up too much space and it's so much cheaper and easier than buying them once I arrive.
- I'm only bringing my inexpensive waver and not my straightener because in case my high powered outlet converter decides not to work (its suppose to work on high wattage appliances) I don't want it to short out my $100 Chi. I'm also going without a hair drier.
-All of this barely fits into my two little suitcases so I've already accepted that I'll need to buy a 3rd suitcase at the end of May when I come home.
- My family will be coming to visit me in March and we already have a plan where they will bring me more warmer weather clothes and take some of my colder weather clothes home to MN with them.
I really tried to stick to "bring half of what you think you need" but its really hard! Like, if above is what I think I need should I cut it in half? I know I'm going to be doing a lot of shopping when I'm there but I also don't want to bring so little I have to nearly buy a completely new wardrobe (I'm trying not to burn through all of my savings).
|Jewelry & box I'm bringing. Aren't my elephant earrings so cute!|
|I got this great travel clutch/organizer for Christmas. It has pockets for your tickets, passport, documents and travelers checks.|
